• Limited Edition: Most DBJ pieces are Limited Edition and never repeated. Each Limited Edition piece is individually numbered and archived for provenance verification.
• Living Finish: Natural patina and wear are part of the character of our pieces and do not diminish their value.

3. Orders & Payment

• Order Acceptance: We can refuse or cancel any order for any reason. If we do, we'll let you know.
• Your Info: You agree to provide accurate billing and contact details. Keep your info up to date.

4. DBJ Vault Membership

The DBJ Vault is an exclusive tier for verified owners of DBJ Limited Edition pieces. Membership is governed by separate DBJ Vault Terms & Conditions.

• Eligibility: To join, you must own a DBJ Limited Edition piece.
• Termination: Membership may be terminated if you no longer own a qualifying piece (e.g., if a piece is returned or sold).
• Non-Transferable: All Vault benefits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site - text, images, logos, designs - is owned by DBJ or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or exploit any part of it without our written permission.

6. User Comments & Submissions

If you send us ideas, feedback, or comments, you agree that we can use them without restriction, payment, or obligation to keep them confidential. You're responsible for ensuring your submissions don't violate anyone else's rights.

DBJ pieces are crafted from solid precious metals and produced in limited quantities. While this may contribute to rarity over time, DBJ makes no representations or warranties regarding future market value, resale price, or investment return. Participation in the DBJ Vault does not guarantee profitability on the secondary market. The market price of silver or gold may fluctuate or decline at any time. All investments carry risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DBJ and our directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages - including lost profits or data - arising from your use of our site or services. Note: Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law under Hong Kong jurisdiction. Where Hong Kong law implies warranties or conditions that cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to:

• For goods: The cost of replacing or repairing the goods, or the cost of equivalent goods.
• For services: The cost of supplying the services again, or the cost of having them supplied again.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold DBJ harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

12. Termination

We can terminate or suspend your access to our site at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the site stops immediately.

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
