Returns & Refunds

Yes, for non-customised pieces (pendants and chains), you can return within 14 days of receipt. Rings, cuffs, and custom pieces are excluded as they are made to your size or other specifications. Read our Returns Policy

Yes. Our pieces feature a living finish (patina and satin surface) that evolves with wear. This isn't a flaw - it's part of the character, like quality leather. See Materials & Care

A deliberate darkening in the recessed areas to create depth and contrast. It may deepen or soften over time. See Materials & Care

Yes, our pieces are designed for daily wear. However, we recommend removing them during sports, swimming, or heavy cleaning to avoid impact or chemical damage. See Materials & Care

It's best to avoid it. Soap, shampoo, and hard water can cause build-up and dull the finish over time. See Materials & Care

  • Gold: Warm water, mild soap, soft brush, rinse, and dry.
  • Silver: A silver polishing cloth or warm water with mild soap.

9ct is more durable and affordable (37.5% gold), while 18ct is richer in colour and more luxurious (75% gold). Both are designed for everyday wear. See Materials & Care
