What You Can Return
Pendants and chains can be returned within 14 days of delivery — no explanation needed. Just email your notice of refund to connect@dennisbuttersjewellery.com with your order number.
What You Can't Return
Rings, Cuffs, & Custom Pieces: Rings, cuffs, and any custom or 'one of one' pieces are made to your specifications and can't be resold, so they're excluded from returns.
Vault-Only Releases: Pieces exclusive to DBJ Vault members are non-returnable due to their limited, one-of-one nature.
