You can place an order 24/7. However, we process orders during business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM HKT). Orders placed outside these times will be processed the next business day.

Order Confirmation

• Receipt: You'll get an email receipt immediately after ordering. This is just a record of your request, not a confirmed order.
• Confirmation: Your order is only officially accepted once we send you a second email confirming we are ready to fulfill it. Until then, we reserve the right to decline the order (e.g., if an item has reached its limited allocation).
