1. Issuance

DBJ Gift Cards ("Cards") are issued by Dennis Butters Jewellery Limited (DBJ), a company incorporated in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. A Card is a prepaid instrument that can be used to purchase goods on our website.

2. Redemption

• Cards can be redeemed online at checkout by entering the unique code provided in the email.
• Cards are valid for the purchase of any product on our website.
• If the purchase amount exceeds the Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid by another method.
• If the purchase amount is less than the Card balance, the remaining balance stays on the Card for future use.

3. Restrictions

• No Cash Value: Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
• Non-Transferable: Once purchased, Cards cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for another Card.
• No Refunds: Cards are non-refundable. If a product purchased with a Card is returned, the refund will be issued back to the original Card balance, not as cash.
• Lost or Stolen: DBJ is not responsible for lost, stolen, destroyed, or unauthorized use of Cards. Treat your Card like cash.

4. Expiry

DBJ Gift Cards do not expire and have no service fees.

5. Balance Inquiry

To check your remaining balance, please contact us at connect with your Card code.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
