We want you to love your DBJ piece. If you don't, here's how returns work.

What You Can Return

Pendants and chains can be returned within 14 days of delivery — no explanation needed. Just email your notice of refund to connect with your order number.

Please note: This 14-day return window is a voluntary policy we offer to our customers. It is not a statutory requirement under Hong Kong law, but we are happy to provide this flexibility.

What You Can't Return

• Rings, Cuffs, & Custom Pieces: Rings, cuffs, and any custom or 'one-of-one' pieces are made to your specifications and can't be resold, so they're excluded from returns.
• Vault-Only Releases: Pieces exclusive to DBJ Vault members are non-returnable due to their limited, one-of-one nature.

DBJ Vault Membership Impact

If you return a DBJ Limited Edition piece, any associated DBJ Vault membership will be terminated upon completion of the return. Vault benefits are contingent on active ownership of a qualifying piece.

Returning Your Piece

You'll need to have received the piece before requesting a refund. Once you've sent your notice of refund, return it within 14 days to the address it shipped from. We may ask for proof of shipping. Pack it securely in its original box or case. You cover return shipping costs — we recommend DHL for international orders to ensure secure, insured transit. You're responsible for any damage during shipping, unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged or defective.

Condition Matters

Returns should be in good, undamaged condition. Signs of wear beyond what's needed to assess the piece may reduce your refund:

Note: Natural patina and wear are part of the character of our pieces. Minor signs of patina alone will not result in deductions unless accompanied by damage beyond normal wear.

Refunds

We'll process your refund within 5 days of receiving and inspecting your return. Refunds go back to your original payment method and exclude any card or payment processing fees.
