Getting the right fit is essential for comfort and security. Our cuffs are solid oval-shaped with no flex, so measuring correctly is important. Here is how to measure yourself and find your size.
1. Measure the Widest Part
2. Measure the Narrowest Part
3. Compare to the Chart
Tip: Measure at the end of the day when your wrists are at their largest. Avoid measuring when your wrists are cold, as they can shrink.
Note: If your measurements fall between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
| SIZE | Inner Width (mm) | Opening Size (mm) |
|---|---|---|
| S | 60 | 35 |
| M | 65 | 40 |
| L | 70 | 50 |
The Opening Must Fit
Our cuffs are solid with no flex. The opening size must be large enough for the narrowest part of your wrist to pass through, even if it feels snug as you slide it on. Once on, the cuff rotates to sit with the opening on the underside of your wrist.
Wrist Shape Matters
Measure both the widest and narrowest parts of your wrist. Both measurements must fit within the size range (i.e., be equal to or smaller than the chart values).
Temperature Changes
Wrists expand in heat and contract in cold. Always measure when your wrists are at normal body temperature.
