If your piece has a manufacturing defect, breaks under normal wear, or doesn't match what we described, it's covered. This is your legal right under applicable Hong Kong consumer protection legislation, including the Sales of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26) and the Trade Descriptions Ordinance (Cap. 362), and we honour it fully.
Normal wear and tear (like slight scratching on polished surfaces), damage from accidents, misuse, or modifications you've made yourself aren't covered. If you're unsure, just ask.
